Battle Sausage Results Disputed
For Week 3, The Fowl Mouthfuls faced off with those titans of tube steak "Below the Belt" in battle Sausage!

Things looked grim for the Mouthfuls early on as three of their chefs were knocked out of the battle right away by those mean little meat men! A major disagreement on the rules of the battle allowed the Fowl Foodies to take an early 2-0 lead, the Dwarves were convinced that victory was to be decided not by the quantity of amazing dishes each team touched down, but by the number of opposing chefs that you eliminated from the battle!

Fortunately for the Mouthfuls, temporary head chef Morg' N Thorg stepped in and drew a large about of Below the Belt's attention. Chef Morg spent most of the battle with dwarven boots in his face, but this allowed our masters of gastronomy to win the match 4-0.

When time had expired, "Below the Belt" broke out into celebration of what they called a 5-0 victory. They are currently disputing the Mouthful's win.

Frog's Legs and Fowl Fatalities
The titans of taste were able to outlast their foes as the Fowl Mouthful defeated Harambe’s Ribbitcade in Battle Frog’s Legs!

The Mouthfuls suffered a major setback early in the match as Chef King K Rool put Stork on their menu, killing Head Chef Stork Delmonico. Our feathered foodies were able to weather the storm and took a 2-0 lead shortly after halftime. Those grand gourmands looked to extend the lead but the Ribbitcade’s sous chef Super Frog was able to disrupt the preperations and dished out a long pass of his own to tighten things up 2-1.

Attempting to fill in as Lead Chef, new hire Finch & Chips was unable to complete any of his many dishes during the match. This included one right as time expired that would have given the Mouthfuls their third score.

Next up for our courageous culinarians are those braggadocios bottle washers “Below the Belt”.

A Mundane Dinning Experience
The impeccable flavors of the Mouthfuls proved to be too much, as their opponents lived up to their names with a mundane offering.

What had appeared to be a tense battle in the early goings quickly devolved into a one sided affair as the Mundane's Star Chef "Frying" Flying V burned himself time and again! A late score in the desert portion of the match left the final as a 3-1 victory for those giants of gastronomy the Fowl Mouthfuls!

On a sour note, this match will be the last for our former Chef de Cuisine "Finch n Chips". After suffering a debilitating injury from ingesting some putrid horse flesh in last season’s final battle, Finch was able to gut out one last performance before retiring to focus full time on his growing franchise of fish takeaways "Finch's Flood o Fish".
